Please Note:

• VR FILM LAB Screenings Customer Service: 07-551-1211#5001 (Office Hours: Tuesday Closed, Mon. to Fri. 14:00-20:00, Sat. to Sun. 11:00-20:00).

TERMS AND CONDITION

• Admissions with valid tickets only. Tickets will NOT be re-issued if lost or damaged.
• Latecomers will NOT be admitted 5 minutes after the screening begins. Tickets of latecomers CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.
• VR screenings are not recommended for children under the age of 7 as their eyesight may still be developing.
• VR ticket must be booked at box office.
• Most XR Dreamland screenings are suitable for glasses, though we recommend contact lens for better experience.
• For the best quality to present, Chinese subtitles are not provided in parts of VR work. Chinese/English dialogue list is offered at the venues.
• To avoid dangerous event happend, audience with relatable physical/metal health is not allow.
• All concession ticket holders must present a valid ID at the venue. If no valid ID is presented, the concession ticket holder must pay the price difference between the concession ticket and the full priced ticket before entry is permitted.

• In the event of natural disasters or force majeure events, the VR FILM LAB may cancel screenings based on instructions given by the Kaohsiung City Government. Updates will be posted on our official website as soon as practicable.
• VR FILM LAB reserves all rights to change the program due to unforeseen circumstances. Latest updates will be announced on our official website as soon as possible.
• In accordance with the guideline issues by the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC), temperature has to be taken before entering the cinema. If one’s forehead temperature is higher than 37 °C, one will not be permitted into the cinema and the ticket will be refunded.
• Audience need to follow staff for best viewing experince, thanks for your cooperation.

REFUNDING / EXCHANGING TICKETS

• Refunds tickets must be processed no later than one day prior to the screening at VR FILM LAB, handling fee of 10% per ticket will be charged.
• Ticket exchanges are regarded as “refunds” and will be processed in accordance with the same procedures and rules above.

．VR Screenings are not recommended for children under the age of 7 as their eyesight may still be developing.

．Please follow the instruction to put on your screening device. If there is any problem, please inform our staff immediately.

．Most glasses are suitable for VR headset, though we recommend audiences to put on contact lenses for a better viewing experience.

．In order to show the films in their best quality, Chinese subtitles are not provided in most films. Chinese/English dialogue lists will be offered at the venues.

．Dizziness and nausea may happen to some audiences during screenings. Please make sure your physical and mental health condition is capable for VR screenings before starting the experience. VR FILM LAB will take no responsibility for the similar situation.

．If you do not feel well during screenings, please take off your headphone and raise your hand immediately. Our staff will provide assistance and stop the screening if needed.

．Food and drinks are not allowed inside any of the VR venues.

．In the event of natural disasters or any force majeure events, the VR FILM LAB may cancel screenings. Thank you for your understanding.
